Lectin-free BBQ Sauce:
1 Tablespoons of essential olive oil
1 sweet onion, finely diced
½ cup dijon mustard
½ cup apple cider vinegar treatment
3 Tablespoons of pomegranate molasses
1 teaspoon turmeric
3 cloves garlic clove, crushed
1 Tablespoons of fresh grated ginger root
1 Tablespoons of coconut aminos or fish sauce
Heat oil inside a large saucepan over medium heat.
Add onion, and stir until onion is caramelized.
Add remaining ingredients and lower heat to low. Make certain to prepare using the fan on, as vinegar burns up your eyes.
Simmer for 25 minutes, until thickened.
If you want a chunky bbq sauce, use out of the box, or blend for thirty seconds until smooth
Use immediately or let awesome to 70 degrees before storing within the fridge for approximately 2 days, or even the freezer for approximately 3 several weeks.
