Lots of people have no idea this, but kiwi’s furry-searching skin really contains MORE nutrients than its flesh. That is why I suggest eating kiwi unpeeled — since kiwi skin contains immeasureable digestion-boosting fiber, and very little sugar.

If you discover kiwi skin’s texture uncomfortable, try removing a few of the “fuzz” by rubbing the fruit having a clean towel, scrubbing it having a vegetable brush, or scraping it gently having a spoon.
