Curry roasted cauliflower and apples
Ingredients (Serves 4-5 like a side dish):
¼ cup extra virgin essential olive oil
1 Tablespoons of curry powder
2 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon garlic clove powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
½ teaspoon cinnamon
one and a half teaspoon ocean salt
2 cloves garlic clove, minced
2 shallots, minced
1 mind of cauliflowers, reduce bite-sized pieces
2 apples, reduce bite-sized pieces
½ cup walnuts
¼ cup minced cilantro
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425. Spray a sheet tray with essential olive oil, and hang aside.
In a tiny bowl, whisk together the essential olive oil, spices, ocean salt, garlic clove, and shallots — don’t have any to deal with — it’ll stain.
Place cauliflower and apples inside a large bowl, and drizzle using the oil mixture. Toss until well-combined.
Pour mixture onto a prepared sheet tray, combined with the walnuts.
Bake for 25 minutes, until edges of broccoli, are starting to obtain golden brown, then carefully toss mixture.
Bake yet another 15-twenty minutes, until cauliflower is crispy. Top with cilantro and serve
