This hearty yams hash is scrumptious included in a Thanksgiving meal or great by itself. It cooks in only one pan in under twenty minutes and it is flavorful, hearty, and excellent for fall.
Ingredients (Serves 4):
¼ cup essential olive oil
1 onion, thinly sliced
2 Large sweet taters, peeled and diced
2 cups kale, thinly sliced
2 ribs celery, finely diced
2 cloves garlic clove, crushed
2 Tablespoons of fresh minced sage
1 teaspoon ocean salt
Zest of just one lemon
Instructions:
Heat essential olive oil inside a large skillet over medium-high temperature.
Add onion and sweet taters and prepare, stirring from time to time, until taters are tender.
Add remaining ingredients and prepare, 4-a few minutes until garlic clove is aromatic and also the kale has wilted.
Serve and revel in!
