Lectin free and healthy Salsa recipe

Nick and dip enthusiasts rejoice! Steven Gundry MD shares his secret recipe to find the best tangy avocado salsa, no lectins around the corner! Do this salsa with cassava or yams chips, or eat it with vegetables for any tasty, healthy snack.


2 large ripe avocados

½ white-colored onion, chopped

¼ cup packed cilantro leaves*

Juice of two limes

½ cup coconut milk

Ocean pepper and salt to taste

Yams chips, for serving (or take a look at among the nick recipes within the Plant Paradox Cook book)

*When the taste of cilantro bothers you, use 2 parts parsley and 1 part mint leaves rather.


Put the avocado, onion, and cilantro within the work bowl of the mixer fitted by having an “s” blade.

Pulse until well combined and chunky.

Add lime juice and coconut milk and process until smooth and creamy.

Taste, and add pepper and salt when needed

Serve with yams chips like a snack, or use like a marinade for wild-caught shrimp
