Today I am likely to cover lard versus. vegetable oil. Lard is pig fat. Tallow is beef or lamb fat. We are speaking about the kind of lard or tallow that’s organic and from pastured and grass-given creatures. 

Many people possess a fixed concept that fatty foods, especially lard, equals clogged arterial blood vessels. Before Crisco was invented, everybody cooked with lard or tallow, also it wasn’t considered bad. In conclusion, In my opinion lard and tallow tend to be healthier than vegetable oils.
