2 cups macadamia nuts, pine nuts, or perhaps a mix, drenched in water not less than 10 hrs
3 cloves garlic clove
Juice of just one lemon
¼ cup essential olive oil
2 Tablespoons of tahini
Pepper and salt, to taste
Parsley and paprika, to garnish
Celery or jicama sticks, for everyone.
Strain nuts and put inside a mixer fitted by having an “s” blade, together with garlic clove, lemon, essential olive oil, and tahini.
Process until smooth, then taste and adjust seasoning
Serve with chopped veggies, garnished in paprika, parsley, along with a drizzle of essential olive oil.
