Ingredients (Serves 4):
8 wood skewers (or 16 small ones)
2 Tablespoons of avocado oil
1/4 cup freshly squeezed fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon ocean salt
4 cloves garlic clove, minced
2 tablespoons of fresh chopped parsley
1 lb wild-caught shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 lemons, sliced
Salad, for serving.
Soak the skewers in water not less than twenty minutes before serving.
Inside a large bowl, combine the avocado oil, fresh lemon juice, ocean salt, garlic clove, and parsley.
Toss using the shrimp, and let rest for 10-fifteen minutes.
Thread shrimp and lemon slices to the skewers.
Heat a sizable skillet over medium-high temperature. Prepare shrimp skewers 3-4 minutes per side or until pink and cooked through.
Serve over salad, and revel in
