Ingredients (Serves 4):
1 mind cabbage, thinly shaved
2 red onions, thinly sliced
¼ cup extra virgin essential olive oil
½ teaspoon ocean salt
1 Tablespoons of fresh rosemary oil, diced
½ cup chopped prosciutto (optional)
1 Tablespoons of dark wine or apple cider vinegar treatment
½ cup toasted walnuts
¼ cup grated mozzarella dairy product (optional)
Heat a sizable skillet over medium high temperature. Add essential olive oil, combined with the onion, and prepare, stirring frequently, until onion is tender and translucent.
Add cabbage, rosemary oil and ocean salt, and cooking, stirring from time to time, until cabbage is wilted.
Add prosciutto and prepare yet another minute, then deglaze the pan with vinegar.
Remove from heat and toss with walnuts and cheese, if using, before serving.
