Healthy and delicious rice pilaf recipe

This hearty side dish is ideal for everyone grain-addicts available. It’s a wealthy, super-flavorful cauliflower grain pilaf laced with toasted almonds, tangy dried cranberries, and nutrient wealthy green spinach, to maintain your gut bugs – as well as your tastebuds – happy.

What You’ll Need –

1 lb cauliflower grain

2 teaspoon coconut oil

½ onion, finely chopped

1 teaspoon turmeric

1 teaspoon curry powder

1 cup skin-free slivered almonds

1 cup unsweetened dried cranberries

½ cup coconut milk (from the can)

1 cup baby green spinach

How To Proceed –

Heat the coconut oil inside a pan, and incorperate your onion and spices.

Then, prepare before the onion has softened.
