What You’ll Need –
1 lb cauliflower grain
2 teaspoon coconut oil
½ onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 cup skin-free slivered almonds
1 cup unsweetened dried cranberries
½ cup coconut milk (from the can)
1 cup baby green spinach
How To Proceed –
Heat the coconut oil inside a pan, and incorperate your onion and spices.
Then, prepare before the onion has softened.
Next, go on and incorperate your cauliflower grain and almonds towards the pan. Prepare for roughly 3-4 minutes.
