Within this video, we’re going to speak about exercise versus. physical work with better sleep.

What’s best for sleep—exercise or physical work? When i state physical work, I am talking about yard work, cleaning, building something, remodeling, and jobs which involve using a multitude of muscles.

Both exercise and physical work improve your oxygen, muscle, and endurance minimizing your stress levels. However, being active is very foreseeable and repetitive, while physical jobs are more varied and asymmetrical.

Furthermore, your focus while doing physical work isn’t on the repetitive physical motion—it’s centered on any projectOrwork. For this reason physical jobs are frequently more efficient for reducing stress and mental health.

In conclusion, if you wish to sleep better and lower your stress levels, physical work is much more effective. A great excuse to operate on the project you like which involves exercise.

I challenge you to try and do 1-2 hrs of physical work throughout the house every day. See what it really does for the sleep.
