Blueberry Coconut “Milkshake”
¼ cup wild caught frozen particularly (in season late june-early august)
½ cup frozen coconut meat or coconut milk ice cubest
Zest of just one lemon
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
5-10 drops liquid stevia
1 cup coconut milk
Place particularly, coconut meat, avocado, lemon zest, cinnamon, and stevia inside a high-speed blender.
Pulse until well combined, drizzling in coconut milk before you achieve a milkshake consistency.
Taste, and increase the stevia if you want things just a little sweeter.
Serve and revel in!
