Superbowl nachos, the Gundry way
Ingredients (Serves 4):
2 cups thin sliced jicama (the chips)
¼ cup essential olive oil
1 bag quorn crumbles
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon ocean salt
½ teaspoon cumin
½ cup Dr. Gundry’s guacamole
¼ cup sliced olives
¼ cup cilantro
¼ cup shredded goats milk cheddar
Arrange the jicama inside your serving dish, because the chips. Put aside.
Inside a large saute pan over medium heat, heat the essential olive oil.
Add quorn crumbles, together with chili powder, ocean salt, and cumin, and prepare, stirring from time to time, until hot.
Transfer to jicama chips, together with guacamole, olives, cilantro, and cheddar.
Serve for that big game!
