Today I will share how to proceed should you sprain your ankle. Even though you sprained your ankle previously and still coping with it, I believe this gives you plenty of relief.

This excellent technique is ideal for somebody who has sprained their ankle, but nothing has really been torn or fractured.

Once you first sprain your ankle, you need to ice it and immobilize it. But, after about 48 hrs, you can start moving your ankle again before scarring begins to develop.

How to proceed to have an ankle sprain:

1. Stretch the ankle you sprained within the other direction where it had been hurt.

2. Massage the alternative ankle. Massage the same location you had been hurt but around the opposite ankle that hasn’t been sprained.

3. Massage the calf and outer leg around the opposite leg in the one in which you sprained your ankle.
