Within this video, we’re going to speak about push-ups and coronary disease.

A cohort study involving over 1000 people demonstrated that the amount of push-ups that an individual can do, the less risk they’ve of cardiovascular disease over 10 years.

Within this study, they compared people who is able to do greater than 40 push-ups to individuals who are able to do ten or less push-ups.

I do not think that doing more push-ups always means your chance of cardiovascular disease reduces. Rather, I have faith that individuals who can perform more push-ups generally have fitness when compared with individuals who don’t.

I’ve got a question for you personally: the number of push-ups are you able to do? Place your answer within the comments below.

The main reason I needed to speak about this research is the fact that I believe that researchers should put more money and time into the reason for heart disease—what is behind it?

Coronary disease begins with inflammation within the inner lining of the arterial blood vessels. This inflammation causes plaque and artery hardening. Consequently, this begins to obstruct bloodstream flow. Thrombus may also obstruct flow and cause cardiac arrest. Clots may then enter pieces can enter in the brain, creating a stroke.

Now you ask ,, can push-ups reduce inflammation? Personally, i don’t think so.

The intake of refined carbs/sugars may be the greatest reason for inflammation.

The most typical reasons for inflammation are:

• Sugar

• Diabetes

• Refined oils

• Refined flour

• Smoking

• Stress

• E Vitamin deficiency

In conclusion, the important thing to cutting your coronary disease risk is lowering your inflammation—not doing more push-ups (although it most likely won’t hurt).
