Today we’re likely to compare butter and coconut oil to find out what is healthier.

Butter versus. coconut oil:

Butter (grass-given)

• Will work for cooking

• Has fat-soluble vitamins (vitamins A, E, D, and K2)

• Has 8% MCT oil (medium-chain triglycerides)

• Has small-chain essential fatty acid butyrate

• Has traces of casein

Coconut oil

• Will work for cooking

• Has zero fat-soluble vitamins

• Has 55% MCT oil (medium-chain triglycerides)

• Has lauric acid

That is healthier, butter, or coconut oil?

I will state that butter is much more healthy. But, if you use butter to cook, you’ll destroy all the fat-soluble vitamins—especially under high-heat. To cook, you could utilize either butter or coconut oil. But, if you are using it the food, butter could be the healthier option.
