Ingredients (Serves 8-10):
1 cup macadamia nuts
¼ cup fresh mint
¼ teaspoon ocean salt
¼ teaspoon sodium bicarbonate
3 ounces bittersweet chocolate (a minimum of 80%),
½ cup coconut oil,
two tablespoons erythritol
one and a half teaspoon coconut flour
3 large omega eggs
1 teaspoon peppermint extract
Preheat oven to 350. Grease an 8X8 inch baking dish with coconut oil, and hang aside.
Inside a mixer pulse macadamia nuts, mint, salt, and sodium bicarbonate before the texture of gravel
Pulse in chocolate and coconut oil until smooth (it will require some time)
Pulse in peppermint extract, erythritol, coconut flour, eggs, and stevia
Transfer mixture towards the prepared baking dish, and bake for 25-half an hour. Let awesome completely before serving.
