Within this video, we’re going to speak about why where fat is in your body can predict disease.

There’s a substantial improvement in where women and men store fat. Women generally have more fat under the skin, and men generally have more visceral fat.

– Women –

• Fat under the skin

• Fat builds up within the butt, sides, and thighs

• Less risk because of oestrogen until menopause

– Men –

• Visceral fat

• Fat builds up within the gut

• Greater chance of cardiovascular disease, diabetes, inflammation, insulin resistance, fatty liver, along with other metabolic illnesses

Whenever a lady hits menopause, their oestrogen lowers, which enables for additional visceral fat to amass.

Adipose tissue is glandular. It offers storage for fuel, produces hormones, and it has a number of other functions.

If you have insulin resistance, you could have it in various tissues, including you:

• Liver

• Muscles

• Pancreas

• Heart

Insulin resistance impairs the part of the fat cells, making them no more accept fat. Consequently, there is a spillover effect. Body fat then is kept in ectopic tissue—meaning n’t i longer adopts adipose tissue but rather into and around other organs.

This case causes further potential to deal with insulin, developing a vicious circle.

When you are in cases like this, the only method to address it’s to take a low-carb diet. This helps normalize your levels of insulin and push the body into fat-burning mode.

By trying to shed weight without cutting your carbohydrates, you will not fully resolve insulin resistance. Don’t concentrate on losing weight—focus on normalizing your insulin. If it can be done, unwanted weight will normalize naturally.
