6 common errors people make while consuming water:

1. Consuming sinking

Stay hydrated when you are thirsty. Consuming sinking may even cause lack of fluids. If you’re vulnerable to kidney gemstones, drink a minimum of 2.5 liters of fluid each day. Different facets figure out how much water you’ll need, but it is important to not have an excessive amount of.

2. Consuming water too rapidly
